SENCO - Secondary Pay: Paid to scale - salary or daily rate equivalent Start: January 2026 Contract: Full-time, temporary or permanent Lead SEN provision and support student progression across a mainstream secondary school. Empowering Learning are seeking an experienced SENCO to join a busy mainstream secondary school in East London . This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SEN frameworks , and a commitment to student development and achievement.
