Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by the Head of Service. Qualifications and Skills Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in the UPS industry or a similar field. (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Professional Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and codes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer literacy. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations. Strong listening and communication skills. Proactive and open-minded personality with a positive attitude.
