Salary: Birmingham: £40,750 - £61,140 London: £43,750 - £65,580 Location: Birmingham or London, 3 days in office per week Essential Requirements and Responsibilities: A valid practising certificate is required, with experience working in procurement law, contract management, commercial law, or construction law. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, either in private practice or in-house roles, ideally within the infrastructure, rail, or public sector industries. 2 to 4 years post qualification experience working as a paralegal or qualified solicitor. Ability to offer legal advice and support on procurement law, drafting and contract management, and construction law. Candidates should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a passion for working on large-scale projects. Experience in rail projects, highways, MoD, DfT, Network Rail, or Thames Tideway projects is highly desirable. NEC contract experience is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects with a collaborative team of 5, and a variety of legal challenges.
