Given the nature of the industry, experience of supporting operational or manufacturing environments, would be advantageous. For this role, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who has operated at HR Business Partner level, is confident influencing and challenging stakeholders, and is able to balance strategic priorities alongside supporting the operational day to day. You will be comfortable working onsite 2-3 days per week in West Birmingham and able to commit to a 12-month fixed term contract (and extra bonus points if you're a whizz on excel!) Ideally you will have experience working in an SME environment in a similar industry (manufacturing, logistics, distribution etc) with a commercial way of approaching standard HR processes. HSE Advisor - Major Energy Infrastructure Project Contract: 12-month rolling contract Duration: 3-4 year project programme Start Date: ASAP Rate: 500 per day - Outside IR35 Location: Norfolk Turner Lovell are currently recruiting for an experienced EHS Advisor to join a major energy infrastructure project in Norfolk, supporting a large-scale programme with both onshore and offshore scope. You will join an established project safety team, working alongside multiple Safety Managers and supporting the delivery of complex engineering and construction activities across the project. The role will provide exposure to a broad range of disciplines, including M&E fit-out, civils, HVDC and renewable energy infrastructure, making this an excellent opportunity for an EHS professional with experience across large-scale, safety-critical projects. The successful candidate will be expected to take a hands-on and consultative approach to HSE, working closely with site teams, contractors and other stakeholders to improve standards and promote a strong safety culture.
