General Foundry Operative

Our West Bromwich based client have a vacancy for a trainee caster

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn how to pour molten metal as well as other related foundry duties

Ideally candidates will have experience of using an overhead crane however not essential

Candidates must be reliable and physically fit due to the nature of the work

Candidates must also be aware that the environment can be hot and dusty

Main duties

• Operating an Overhead Crane
• Pouring molten metal
• Using air tools
• Foundry Labouring
• Metal Testing

This vacancy will lead to a permanent job after a 12 week trial period
