Install Surveyor - Heating

Position: Installation Surveyor - Heating

Location: SE London

Salary: £45,000 plus company van & fuel, PDA, uniform, training, generous holiday entitlement (25 days plus bank holidays)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Install Surveyor to join our client, a well established heating contractor, to cover SE London and surrounding areas.

Duties include:

• Heating surveys - attending properties to assess the type of work and materials required in installing a replacement boiler/associated controls.
• Assessing clients' needs or requirements and communicating effectively the work that will be taking place.
• Working closely with the installation engineers, ensuring high quality of work including QC/post inspections.
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients, customers, employees and sub-contractors; ensuring all queries are responded to effectively.
• Ensure employee and customer safety is maintained and delivered at all times

Requirements:

ACS qualified - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1

Previous experience surveying heating systems

IT literate, able to use PDA

Social housing experience beneficial

Full driving licence

Excellent communication skills
