Join Arctic Shores to help us create a fairer, more inclusive world of work - and help us build a smarter GTM engine. At Arctic Shores, we're helping companies create a world of work where potential matters more than experience. In an AI-enabled workplace where skill requirements are changing fast, we help companies understand what candidates could do - not just what they've done. Our task-based psychometric assessments help companies like Amazon, Siemens and Jet2 discover true potential - fairly, ethically, and without bias. We've doubled ARR on our next-gen assessment platform every year for the past three years. And now we're looking for a pioneering GTM leader to help us scale to the next stage of growth. The role: Head of Go-to-Market (Growth, Outbound & RevOps) This is a rare opportunity to own the full GTM motion - across growth marketing, outbound strategy, and revenue operations - in a purpose-led scale-up. We recognise that the worlds of hiring and Go-to-Market are changing fast. Buyer behaviours are evolving. And new technologies offer huge advantages to smart GTM teams who use them well and have strong foundations in place. That's why we're looking for a smart, curious Head of Go-to-Market to join our revenue team - a small but mighty group led by a CMO-turned-CRO, tasked with aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around a modern GTM motion. You'll inherit strong brand foundations, a clear proposition, a solid stream of customer referrals, and healthy NRR. Having built a solid base, we're now looking for someone to optimise and scale: someone who can build on what's working, automate what's manual, and introduce the next generation of AI-powered, data-informed GTM tech to help us go faster. You might be a great fit for this role if you: Have a background in growth, revenue marketing, or demand gen - and think like a GTM strategist, comfortable owning the full-funnel strategy across inbound, outbound, events, and operations Have experience owning and executing outbound strategy - you know what it takes to equip SDRs or BDRs with the tools and skills to be effective, and how to align them with marketing tactics Enjoy being hands-on - just as comfortable building a HubSpot workflow, mapping an outbound sequence, or running a paid campaign, as you are coaching, setting strategy, or running experiments to test new messaging or market segments Are energised by experimentation, GTM innovation, and modern tooling - you've got an opinion on GTM engineering and where AI can (and can't) add value Feel confident building attribution models, lead routing flows, and/or automation journeys to help revenue teams work smarter and scale faster Love working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Product to connect the dots, learn about your customer, and make rapid improvements Are comfortable operating in a scale-up focused on Profitable, Efficient Growth - you care about outcomes over activity, and you're confident making bold proposals about what to prioritise (and what to say no to) If only some of this sounds like you - but you're motivated by our mission - don't let that put you off applying. Our hiring process is designed to evaluate your transferable skills, not just your experience. In this role, you'll: Lead the execution of our pipeline generation efforts, coordinating activity across marketing, SDRs, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact Own and execute our end-to-end GTM strategy - from attracting and converting new leads, to supporting expansion Turn our outbound programme into an allbound motion - working closely with our Head of Sales and SDR to align channels and messaging Play a lead role in developing our RevOps and attribution capability with the support of our CFO - managing HubSpot, reporting, and GTM tooling Optimise the GTM tech stack and own the implementation and adoption of new tools across our revenue function Work closely with our Senior Content & Product Marketing Manager to launch and test new propositions, campaigns, and narratives Manage agency and freelance support, and make recommendations on future budget allocation The opportunity: This role is about optimisation, orchestration, and ownership . We've laid the brand and content foundations. You'll turn them into a predictable, scalable pipeline engine - one that's insight-led, AI-enabled, and tightly integrated across the funnel. You'll report to a CRO who understands your world, work with a CEO who believes in brand and focus, and collaborate across a tight-knit, supportive team. You'll also help shape our culture and ways of working as we scale - and hopefully enjoy the ride along the way. You'll thrive here if you: Get energy from doing, not just directing Are motivated by outcomes, not vanity metrics Want to make hiring fairer and more human - and scale a product that helps companies do exactly that. Our values: Make a difference - We can't change everything. But we can contribute to a world of work that's truly fair and inclusive, and do our bit to build a better society Grow together - We invest in our ability, learn from our setbacks, and always celebrate the people behind our progress. By growing together, we go further Explore, always - Changing the way the world sees potential takes curiosity, drive, and bravery. With that explorer's spirit, we break new ground If this sounds like the challenge you've been waiting for, we can't wait to hear from you. Applying for the role In an AI-enabled world of GTM, transferable skills, learning agility, and adaptability matter as much as - if not more than - experience. If this job description excites you but your background doesn't perfectly match, we'd still love to hear from you. Our hiring process might be a little different to what you've experienced before. Here's what to expect: 1. Apply and register your interest byuploading your CV - we ask for this to capture your contact information butwe're less interested in its contents thanwe are in 2. Your answer to 3 short questions we want to know what's getting you excited about this role and your views on modern GTM (you'll get an email to upload your answers after you apply) 3. If you're invited to interview, we'll ask you to completeour assessment, which evaluates "skill-enablers" - the cognitive and personality traits that show how you're likely to think, learn, and interact at work (and get an instant feedback report) From there, we'll invite you to a 1-hour "Get to know you" session, where we'll talk about your ambitions, values, and how you like to work - and you'll get the chance to ask anything you like about the role. Finally, we'll ask you to complete a short task to showcase your skills. Have questions before you apply? Feel free to reach out to Hannah, our CRO, on LinkedIn. Applications will close at midnight onMonday 26th May. How to use AI in your application Feel free to use AI tools to enhance your application to improve clarity, hone your thinking, and help you prepare. But remember we want to learn more about the real you we value authenticity and want to learn more aboutwho you are, your personal journey, andwhat you bring to the table. We don't want to see the version of you that ChatGPT thinks we want to see so however you decide to use AI, just make sure your final application reflects the real you. Otherwise, you'll sound just like everyone else. Equal Opportunities At Arctic Shores, giving people a fair chance is what we do, that's why we take equal opportunities seriously. We welcome people of any background, gender identification, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, ability level, age, size, marital status, style, or music taste! We also believe that every candidate should have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their abilities so if you need any adjustments, at any stage of the hiring process, let us know what can we do to make it the best possible experience for you and we'll do our very best to help.
