- Deliver monthly financial reports and key insights to the Senior Management Team.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and best practices in all financial processes.
- Lead and develop a small, dedicated finance team.
