Sales Support and Administration

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Sales Support and Administration person for a excellent Freight Forwarder based in the Basildon area.

Duties:-

• Assist the Head of Sales in the execution of their duties.
• To build and increase the company's base (manage / generate new leads)
• Making outbound calls / e-mails to new and existing clients
• Follow up on all leads
• Update in-house system
• Compile monthly reports
• Plan working day
• Liaise with all all internal departments

Skills:-

• Sales experience
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Computer literacy
• Accurate, Honest & Punctual
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
