Job Title: Cisco Collaboration Engineer

Contract Duration: 6 months
Summary of Role: Concept IT is seeking a skilled Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join our team for a leading global IT Managed Service Provider (MSP).
This role involves working on one of their leading accounts, working alongside one of our Collaboration Consultants to manage day-to-day migrations to Webex Calling both remotely and onsite.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience in Unified Communications (UC) and Webex Calling configuration, along with excellent customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day migrations to Webex Calling.
- Configure Webex Calling based on project requirements.
- Support the migration process and broader Cisco-related upgrades.
- Engage in on-site interactions with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and consultants on large deployment/migration projects.
Qualifications:
- Cisco certification (CISCO).
- Extensive experience with Unified Communications (UC) and Webex Calling configuration.
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours: Monday to Friday
Rate: (Apply online only) per day (8-hour workday, 10-hour total commitment)
