Trek Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic manufacturing company in Corwen to find a skilled Chemical Blending Operator. Earn £28,000 - £30,000 with an excellent benefits package in this permanent, Monday-to-Friday day role-no shifts required! ROLE

• Blend specialty chemicals in batches up to 15,000 litres using cutting-edge equipment
• Champion safety and ISO 9001 quality standards
• Supervise a small team, manage production schedules, and drive process improvements
• Ensure safe chemical handling and inventory control
• Mentor staff and contribute to a top-notch safety culture

YOU

• Experience supervising in the chemical industry
• IOSH Managing Safely (or higher) and a Counterbalance FLT licence
• Sharp focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• IT skills (SAP or LMS experience is a plus)
• GCSEs in Maths, English, and Chemistry (C or above)
