We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience programming and operating CNC brake presses. This role will also teach you how to set up and run a punch machine as well as allowing you exposure to Radan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work from engineering and manufacturing drawings on your own
- Programme and operate CNC brake presses.
- Safely use machines and tools such as guillotines, rollers, stud guns, grinders, power files, and drills.
- Work primarily with stainless steel up to 3mm.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and follow quality guidelines.
- Ensure safe working practices and good housekeeping in your work area.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and improve quality.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication and brake press operation (training will be provided).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Ermak CNC HAP 3160.
- Familiarity with Radan software.
- Experience with CNC punch machines.
