Break Press Setter and Operator

We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience programming and operating CNC brake presses. This role will also teach you how to set up and run a punch machine as well as allowing you exposure to Radan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work from engineering and manufacturing drawings on your own
• Programme and operate CNC brake presses.
• Safely use machines and tools such as guillotines, rollers, stud guns, grinders, power files, and drills.
• Work primarily with stainless steel up to 3mm.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and follow quality guidelines.
• Ensure safe working practices and good housekeeping in your work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and improve quality.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication and brake press operation (training will be provided).

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Ermak CNC HAP 3160.
• Familiarity with Radan software.
• Experience with CNC punch machines.
