What You ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a sales pipeline across Scotland, securing new business contracts in key industries such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and education.
- Attending 5-6 pre-arranged client meetings per week, presenting tailored solutions to decision-makers.
- Conducting site visits and surveys to assess client needs and prepare accurate quotes.
- Representing the company at industry seminars and networking events, driving lead generation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Facilities Managers, Compliance Officers, and Health & Safety professionals.
- Following up on proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients.
What We re Looking For
- A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in facilities management, compliance services, or technical sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Experience selling to compliance-driven industries and an understanding of regulatory sales drivers (advantageous).
- A self-motivated, high-energy mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across Scotland (occasional overnight stays required).
