The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you ll be at the heart of the operation, keeping high-tech production systems running smoothly. Working alongside a highly skilled team, you ll play a key role in continuous improvement, efficiency, and reliability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automated production & packaging equipment
• Develop & implement preventative maintenance strategies
• Lead installations of new machinery & assist in staff training
• Mentor apprentices & operators, sharing your technical expertise
• Collaborate with management to drive cost-effective engineering solutions
• Ensure safety & compliance are at the forefront of all activities

What We re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification (HNC/HND/apprenticeship in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering)
• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of electrical regulations (desirable)
• Strong problem-solving skills & a hands-on, proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team & communicate clearly
