Recruitment Business Development Manager

I am delighted to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for my client which is a small boutique employment agency based in the Leicester.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and presentation skills together with a good working knowledge and have an excellent track record of working in the recruitment industry for an employment agency.

The role will include:

Telesales - Booking new client visits

Door knocking

Attending sales meetings

Presenting the agencies recruitment service

Communicating clients needs to the recruitment team to ensure a smooth service

Benefits:

Basic salary up to 35k

Uncapped Commission structure - with no threshold
