Static Maintenance M&E Engineer - Join a Leading Contractor!
Location: Central London
My Client is a leading multi-discipline contractor with a highly respected Mechanical & Electrical, and Maintenance division.
The Role
We are looking for a Static Maintenance Electrical & Mechanical Engineer to ensure all equipment runs efficiently at a prestigious site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and executing daily electrical and mechanical tasks.
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and reactive work requests.
- Fixing faults or arranging replacements.
- Conducting scheduled maintenance checks.
- Managing planned and unplanned electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.
- Ensuring high Health & Safety standards at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant C&G/NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- Electrical apprenticeship.
- Health & Safety expertise.
- Experience in reactive maintenance and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
