Certain Advantage is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Cheshire.
This role is on a permanent basis and is Hybrid role - 2 days office 3 days at home with flexibility around business needs.

The Role:
This role is for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You will be part of the Recruitment HR team managing a variety of roles and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role reports to the head of HR
Main Duties
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Sourcing and Candidate Outreach
- Candidate Screening and Assessment
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Tracking and Reporting
- Managing the ATS system
The Individual
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the property or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
