HR Business Partner


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, employment law, and best practices.
  • Lead organisational design and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and growth.
  • Support recruitment, performance management, and remuneration activities.
  • Deliver coaching, training, and HR policy education to leaders and employees.
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all levels.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Ability to challenge, influence, and negotiate effectively.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and be visible across business locations.
