Commercial Contracts Solicitor 5+ PQE
Location: Newcastle

We are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a dynamic Commercial team.

The Role:

• Handling a variety of commercial contract matters, including manufacturing, supply, distribution, franchising, SaaS, outsourcing, and tech agreements
  
• Work directly with clients and support business development activities
• Advising on on-line contracting
• Tech business deals including grants, investments, sales and acquisitions
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ambitious, proactive, and commercially aware
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Experience with technology sector contracts is desirable
