Recruitment Consultant

This role will be working for 911 Staffing on our busy Driving Division. This is a warm desk with an established client base so we are looking for someone who can add value / bring experience and knowledge.

This opening has become available due to one of our valued team members taking retirement.

What 911 Staffing has to offer:

• Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm (we aim to leave a little earlier on a Friday to maximise on the weekend!).
• The salary is up to £30K, depending on experience + performance related bonus
• 28 days annual leave (inc Bank Holidays), plus a day off for your Birthday
• Additional payment for being on call (this will only be 1 weekend in 4)

Duties & responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Assist with filling bookings on a daily / weekly basis
• Account management of existing clients
• Screening / registering prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
• Entering job applicants CVs and contact details into the company database
• Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client
• Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
• Sales calls and business development
• Meeting with existing and new clients to develop and expand business opportunities
• Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK and ensuring all other compliance is up to date

Experience / Attributes required for the Recruitment Consultant role:

• Previous experience within the recruitment or transport industry is essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Competent IT skills
• Flexibility to support the needs of the business
• Be prepared to be on call on a rota basis (1 in 4 weekends)
• A good sense of humour will definitely help!
• Due to visiting clients we need the candidate to be able to drive / have own transport
