Handy Man, Aberdeen, Salary from £33,000 to £35,000 per annum + Excellent Pension, Overtime Available!
Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off (9am-9pm)
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Handy Man to join a leading Facilities Management company on a popular site, based in Aberdeen. The Handy Man will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises working with an onsite facilities team.
Handy Man will receive:
- Salary from £33,000 to £35,000 per annum.

Handy Man responsibilities:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
- Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
- Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
- Water hygiene tasks including water temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and weekly flushing of outlets.
- Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
