Salary Band: £40,000 - £55,00 (DOE)

About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a major client, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. Your role will focus on building long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering outstanding client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client account.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure clients receive timely and effective service.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage projects that align with both client goals and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to engage potential new clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

- Strong organizational skills and can build repour and relay direct information to client.
