We are recruiting for a Poultry Farm Worker to join a well-established poultry farming business. This role involves supporting the farm team in maintaining high welfare and production standards.
No prior experience is required full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking to start or grow a career in poultry farming. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the farm team in daily operations to ensure smooth production.
• Follow the Farm Manager s instructions to maintain bird welfare and husbandry.
• Manage litter and ensure a clean, hygienic farm environment.
• Prepare for chick arrivals and bird departures.
• Maintain farm cleanliness, biosecurity, and security.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate protective gear.

What We re Looking For:

• No prior experience needed full training provided.
• A keen interest in poultry farming and animal welfare.
• A team player with a flexible attitude towards working hours.
• A full UK driving licence and own transport (due to the farm s rural location)
• Willingness to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
