Experienced Software Engineer - Greenfield Treasury Team

Our client, a leading High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm, is seeking a talented C++ or Python Developer to join their greenfield Treasury Team. This is a unique opportunity to build in-house treasury capabilities (Greenfield team), reducing reliance on brokers and associated fees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain treasury infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Treasury Team to understand and implement requirements.
• Take ownership of the treasury development process, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-12 years of experience in software development, with current experience in the Treasury Team.
• Strong understanding of Treasury or Post-Trade processes.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python (low-level C++ knowledge not required). The client is open either to C++ or Python Developers.
• Experience in the finance industry is preferred, but candidates from big tech companies working on the treasury/ financial operations and infrastructure team are also welcome.
