Area Sales Executive
Location: Durham area (DL/TS/SR/DM areas)
Salary: £30-35k DOE + Car/Allowance + Competitive OTE + Additional Benefits

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is with a client of mine who are industry leaders in their field. They re looking for resilient, motivated individuals to join their sales team as Area Sales Executives. The position is 100% new business and requires someone who isn t afraid to roll up their sleeves, door-knock, and get out there, come rain, shine, snow, or sleet. If you re a proven closer and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Winning new business through various forms of canvassing, including cold calling and face-to-face activity.
- Using an in-house system to generate quotes and log appointments.
- Attending appointments to sell services and deliver a positive customer experience, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Engaging in follow-up to ensure continued customer satisfaction during the first 90 days, upselling additional services where appropriate.
What we re looking for:
- Proven experience in field sales within a service-led or environmental industry.
- A strong understanding of the 6-step sales process and a natural ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- A proactive and resilient approach to sales, with the determination to meet targets and goals.
- Someone who is confident in planning and preparing presentations, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
