The Technical Advisor - Promat will provide technical advice to both internal and external customers regarding Promat's fire protection products as well as answer all customer specification enquiries.

What you'll do:

• Generate customer leads and partner with the Architectural Specification Managers (ASM) to develop customer relationships.
• Compile project packs of technical specifications and provide the information to customers.
• Monitor the website and email to answer all technical enquiries.
• Update technical literature and create technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Complete Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) Level 3 certification in Passive Fire Protection.

What you'll bring:

• 'A' Levels or equivalent which include either Maths, Science, or IT subject.
• Experience within a customer service role or administrative role in an office environment.
• A clear communicator with an ability to translate complex technical issues into straightforward language.
• Proficiency using CAD is a plus but not required.
