FInance Business Partner

Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for data analysis and strategic insight? We are looking for a Finance Business Partner for our client, a hugely successful logistics group in Cheshire.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Commercial Finance, providing high-quality financial insights, partnering with stakeholders, and promoting Commercial Finance as a proactive, efficient, and professional function that enables business growth.

Your key responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Deliver accurate reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
2. Work with stakeholders at all levels, providing variance analysis and feedback on financial performance.
3. Develop and automate spreadsheets and reports for improved efficiency.
4. Support the budgeting and forecasting process on a monthly and annual basis.
5. Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting.

What You'll Bring:

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
3. Experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. A proactive mindset and a drive to improve financial processes.
5. CIMA Qualification, or close to with relevant experience in distribution, retail, supply chain or manufacturing.
