Change Management Lead

We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Change Management Lead to play a pivotal role in driving and implementing the University's Corporate Strategy 2025-30, effecting and supporting meaningful change. Reporting to the Executive Director of People, Culture and Change, you will provide specialist change management expertise and support across our Corporate Strategy delivery programme and its constituent projects and initiatives.

A highly effective communicator, you will bring experience of successfully managing change in a complex, multi-faceted organisation, together with the ability to work at pace in an ambiguous multi-stakeholder environment. For further details, check the Job Description.
