What Youll Be Doing:
- Conducting advanced financial analysis, cash flow modelling, estate planning & pension research
- Managing complex cases involving trusts, taxation & inheritance planning
- Technical report writing to deliver high-quality financial solutions
- Ensuring compliance & risk management aligns with regulatory standards
- Mentoring & supporting paraplanners within the team
What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a paraplanning role
- A Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards it preferred)
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation & estate planning
- Experience in mentoring & team development
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with the potential to become permanent based on business needs.
