Role Overview

We're looking for a Mid or Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Enablement squad and play a pivotal role in building a modern, user-centric frontend for shared services across OneHub. This squad focuses on core services such as admin tooling, imports, identity, roles, and other foundational elements critical to the OneHub ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and the Frontend Chapter to deliver high-quality, reusable frontend components while shaping the wider frontend strategy and architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into frontend requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers to translate designs into seamless, accessible, and high-performing frontend components. Provide input during the design phase to improve usability and implementation.
  • Design and build new frontend components using React, Hooks, Redux, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, ensuring responsiveness and scalability.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a shared component library to drive consistency across the Frontend Chapter.
  • Work with the wider Frontend Chapter to ensure alignment in frontend architecture, design, and styling across products.
  • Champion modern frontend technologies and drive the adoption of tools such as TypeScript.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by following best practices, including agile methodologies and thorough testing.

What are we looking for?

  • React and TypeScript Development: Proven ability to build scalable, reusable frontend components using React, Hooks, and TypeScript.
  • Responsive Design: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
  • REST API Integration: Experience integrating frontend components with backend services through well-designed REST APIs.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver cohesive, user-centric solutions.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A resourceful mindset to identify and solve technical challenges effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to Quality: A passion for creating high-quality, maintainable code and contributing to shared frontend strategies for consistency and excellence.
