Position: F&B Supervisor

The F&B Supervisor will be involved in the pre-opening phase of the hotel and will primarily be supporting the Restaurant Manager. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities
  1. As an experienced F&B Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently during breakfast, lunch & dinner service.
  2. You'll be a great leader, effectively supporting and leading the team, being polite, courteous, and professional. Under your leadership, the team will always provide a memorable and efficient service to maintain an exceptional standard of service and quality.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and senior management.
Essential Skills:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar establishment.
  2. Composed and confident.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment.
