Job Title: Technical Service Manager - Smoke Control
Our client is looking for a Technical Service Manager to drive growth and manage smoke control projects. This is a hybrid role with site visits and occasional office attendance (2-3 times a month).
Provide technical support for new enquiries and clients.
Identify and engage potential customers to grow the business.
Manage enquiries, site surveys, and competitive quotations.
Oversee project execution, ensuring high standards and compliance.
Maintain health & safety regulations and quality assurance.
Track and report division performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Strong experience in smoke control or related technical services.
Excellent project management and client communication skills.
Ability to drive business growth and identify cross-selling opportunities.
