Roles & Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Consolidation Take full ownership of preparing and publishing monthly financial statements for the Group, covering five legal entities operating in multiple currencies. Perform full consolidation of results using data downloads from Joiin/Xero (GL system) and managing a complex excel based consolidation model, including maintaining and refreshing formulas to reflect changes in the business structure. Own and manage the month end timetable and processes, ensuring timely delivery of financial reporting for the ELT, Board and Puma submission. Produce accurate and timely monthly P&L, balance sheet, and statutory cash flow statements with detailed commentary on trading performance, currency impacts, and variances against budget. Deliver monthly forecast refreshes across P&L, balance sheet, statutory cash flow, and year end cash position. Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and postings. Ensure high standards of quality control over all financial transactions and reports.
