We're currently recruiting for a Product / Proposition Lead Manager to join our Individual Retirement Solutions team.
You will support and at times lead activity in relation to the development, delivery, deployment, or ongoing management of the Phoenix Group's Products & Propositions, ensuring they continue to meet customer/employer/adviser needs, all regulatory requirements are met, risks are effectively managed, and propositions deliver the business commercial objectives.
You must be able to work effectively and build relationships with others across the business and may work in or lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
As a Product / Proposition Lead Manager for Individual Annuities, you will be part of a small team responsible for the development and end-to-end management of Individual Annuity products, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of customers, behave as expected, and meet the commitments we make to internal and external stakeholders.
