Outsource UK is looking to recruit a Regional Surveyor to work for a leading Banking client on a permanent basis.

You will take responsibility for the region (Central, West London including the following postcodes - NW1,6,8,10, SW1,3,5,6,7,10, W, WC and EC) by providing specialist property advice to the Group that includes mortgage valuations and security assessments of residential investment properties in support of the Group's buy-to-let business and other functions.

1. Manage region including valuation flow and panel input
2. Provide high quality professional advice recognising that the Regional Surveyor is the face of the Group
3. Comply with RICS regulations and all other requirements
4. Keep up to date with local markets and technical developments affecting the role including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO's)
5. Complete validations of panel surveyor valuation reports in respect of the region and maintain / develop panel surveyor relationships
6. Where required, help to manage Receiver of Rent, Repossession and Power of sale cases to include valuation, condition and Health & Safety reporting including working with agents as necessary

1. Professional competence/qualification incl MRICS / FRICS / AssocRICS and Valuer Registration scheme
2. Up to date CPD
3. Clean current driving licence
