My client is an established Croydon based provider of a wide range of cleaning and FM services. Their offer includes regular contract cleaning, construction work, pest control programmes, carpet shampooing and hard floor deep cleaning, one-off builders cleans, IT deep cleans and much more. Their client-base is located across Inner and Greater London, the Home Counties, the South Coast and the Midlands. They are looking to expand their sales activities and I am currently working with them to find an office-based Business Development Executive.
The role will involve the following duties
Business Development Executive candidate requirements
Based at the companys offices in Croydon, the working hours will be /1800. The client would consider for the right candidate, with salary on a pro rata basis. Hybrid working would be possible but after two months or so one the incumbent is comfortable and performing in the role.
A basic salary of £25k-£30k, plus commission - one month's profit as a bonus for every deal closed, i.e. on a £1,000 per month contract a bonus of £250 or so and the higher the profit margin, the higher their commission will be. 20 days annual leave, 8 B/Hs, NEST pension. Free parking. Employee offers on their HR system for staff, such as offers for sky TV, 10% off at certain shops etc.
