We are currently recruiting an experienced Finance Assistant to join our client, a well-established business within the Wolverhampton area. As a Finance Assistant, you will be faced with a range of duties to contribute to the smooth running of the company.
Main job responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assisting with credit control.
- Posting sales & purchase invoices.
- Posting bank payments and receipts.
- Bank control account reconciliations.
- Dealing with queries in relation to the sales and purchase ledgers.
- Maintaining financial records such as petty cash, fixed asset register, credit card expenses, etc.
- Updating SAGE software.
Person specification:
- Confident with SAGE.
- Experience in all areas of Bookkeeping required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
