1. Identify and win new business within the Construction Arena
2. Maintain and grow relationships by means of face-to-face meetings and telephone contact
3. Resource and interview candidates
4. Implement and develop new strategies to win new business
5. Secure new business
6. Candidate attraction and management
7. Develop and manage your desk to maximise its profitability

1. Proven track record in providing Recruitment solutions
2. Knowledge of recruitment within the Built Environment
3. Able to demonstrate resilience
4. Effective time management
5. Competent in all aspects of IT
6. Valid driving license
7. Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
8. Target driven with a natural flair for developing relationships within a sales environment
9. Demonstrate a hunger to succeed
