Management Accountant - Luxury Leisure

Your new company
A high-end and ultra-luxury leisure company is looking to hire a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. The client is ideally seeking Qualified Accountants making their first move out of Practice, needing to have experience with accounts preparation.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for:

1. Play a key role in the production and delivery of the monthly management accounts
2. A key relationship owner with Captains, Owners representatives and high net worth individuals and ability to demonstrate cross team working
3. Responsibility for the production and analysis of the balance sheet ensuring key monthly balance sheet reconciliations are maintained and analysed
4. Authorising payments via bank transfer
5. Preparation and presentation of funding requests to clients
6. Providing monthly analysis on financial performance for operations and capital expenditure
7. Review of accruals and prepayments
8. Playing a key role in system development and improvements
9. Implementation of company policies and procedures where required and application of best accounting practice and treatment
10. Ad hoc reporting

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a Qualified Accountant, qualified within practice looking to make the first move into industry. You must have accounts preparation experience, not just solely audit.
