Locum opportunity - 3 months

Pay rate £38 per hour via umbrella company

A Qualified Social Worker is required ideally on a full time basis to join Bridgend Social Services fostering service as a Fostering Social Worker. A 4 day or condensed working week may be considered, dependent upon experience. The role offers hybrid working. Pay rate for this position is up to £38 via an umbrella company. Initial contract will run for a 6 month period.

This role is working within the General Fostering Team to support with undertaking annual reviews for mainstream foster carers and undertaking Form F assessments.

To apply for this role, you will need to hold -

• A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
