Graduate Customer Care Consultant

As a Graduate Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone and email, providing effective solutions to their queries.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with third-party courier companies to manage deliveries and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive the best solutions, including product recommendations and lead times.
