Coming with an extensive background in Manufacturing with excellent leadership skills, you ll join as the Production Operations Manager. You ll play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring quality across processes, which are critical for achieving company objectives and operational success.

About the Job

  • Collaboration is key! You ll lead and manage a wider team, using all the skills and knowledge you ve built over the years.
  • Originate and manage KPI s in line with business plans, making sure that production goals go above and beyond.
  • Be able to develop and apply process improvements to help simplify workflows and reduce costs.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting and forecasts for the production team.
  • Define Capital Expenditure projects.
  • Promote a safe team culture, keeping a look out for potential risks and proactively voicing any issues.
