Risk Lawyer

A leading law firm in London is looking for a Risk Lawyer, 3PQE+, with commercial contracts experience, preferably from a large law or professional services firm.

The focus of the role will be on contracts and general regulatory compliance work.

Responsibilities:

• Contract work - Reviewing, updating and maintaining: Terms of Business, engagement letters, client terms etc
• Horizon scanning
• Drafting risk related documents and policies
• Delivering guidance and training on regulatory issues
• Aware of the firm's obligations under the SRA's Standards and Regulations

Experience:

• Qualified solicitor, 3PQE+
• Commercial contracts experience
• Knowledge of regulatory issues affecting solicitors
