Head of Freight required to build and manage a Deep Sea / International Freight division within an established and reputable company who are paying a competitive salary dependant on experience at £50k+ with performance-based incentives based in Hampshire.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to establish and lead our clients Freight Division. Head of Freight Job Overview - Develop & Implement Strategy: Define the vision, objectives, and roadmap for the Freight Division, aligning with the company's overall goals.

- Technology & Innovation: Implement modern logistics technologies and tracking systems to optimise efficiency.
Head of Freight Job Requirements - Proven experience in setting up freight, logistics, or supply chains in deep sea and international freight markets.
- Strong industry network with the ability to establish strategic partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successfully launching or scaling a business unit.
- Knowledge of UK and international freight regulations and customs procedures.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior management.
- Experience within FMCG or Food & Beverage markets is desirable.
