Accounts Assistant
Location: Horsforth, Leeds
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 p/a
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (3 6 months)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
We re recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic and supportive team. If you have experience in accounts payable and receivable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
- Processing and reconciling accounts payable invoices and supplier statements
- Managing accounts receivable, including invoice creation and processing
- Cash/bank receipt entries
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely reporting before month-end
- Supporting the finance team with general accounting tasks as needed
Account Assistant Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounts Assistant role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with an enthusiastic approach to work
