Internal Sales Support

HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for an Internal Sales Support person to join our well-established and expanding PPE team based at our Headquarters in Halesowen.

About the role:

As our Internal Sales Support you will be working in a busy distribution environment, providing support to branches and customers on the PPE range we supply and promoting our strategic partner suppliers through our branch network.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week, including Saturday on a rota basis.
Please note this is a fixed-term position for 9 months to cover for maternity leave.

Key responsibilities as our Internal Sales Support person will include:

• Entering Sales Orders
• Providing Technical Support to branches and customers on the PPE range
• Progressing purchase orders with suppliers
• Updating reports to share with branch network
• Working on tenders for strategic accounts
• Promoting our strategic partner suppliers through our branch network
• Support our field based technical support experts
• General office admin tasks

Skills we're looking for in our Internal Sales Support person:

• Experience of PPE/Workwear or MRO markets
• High attention to detail
• Professional telephone and email etiquette
• Experience in working with suppliers and customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Good IT skills, especially in Office 365
