We, at Travis Perkins plc, have an exciting and varied Employment Legal Advisor opportunity within our engaged Shared Service Employee Relations Team, based in Lodge Farm - Northampton.
Location: Hybrid working / Northampton head office 2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days at home.
Role Purpose:
To case manage Employment tribunal claims, ACAS early conciliation and TUPE, providing advice & support to the business and Employee Relations Advisors on Employment Legal matters.
You will also work with the Head of Employment Legal Services on Employment Tribunal cases, assisting in preparing the Company's ET3 responses, corresponding with the tribunal, preparing an early case assessment to identify merits and potential risk, collating bundles, and drafting statements from Company witnesses.
