Job Description
Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with hybrid working
Holiday - 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 28 days)
About the AML Executive role

We have an exciting opportunity for an AML Executive in our Portsmouth office, with hybrid working.
We are looking for candidates with previous anti money laundering (AML) experience, ideally within an accountancy practice. In this interesting role, you will be working with the central compliance team to provide support and assistance to ensure compliance with money laundering regulations.
Key responsibilities of an AML Executive will include:
- Reviewing AML records of group companies to ensure compliance with ML regulations
- Assisting the Compliance Director and Compliance Manager with AML and other compliance tasks as required
- Responding to any ad hoc queries arising from partners or staff in the group regarding the use of the AML software or in the completion of AML records
- Preparing/updating training documents for AML systems and working with partners and managers to assist them
About you
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience within an accountancy firm and AML experience
- Good communication skills as you will need to summarise and provide feedback/discuss AML review findings with partners
- Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office
