Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Employers Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases from inception to completion, including litigation.
2. Engage with clients, assess cases, and provide clear advice and updates on progress.

1. You should have experience handling a caseload of EL/PL matters.
2. Well versed in handling litigated files.
