This firm is highly ranked in the Legal 500 across all their departments and is renowned for delivering top-quality work, particularly in complex international M&A transactions and corporate tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on a diverse range of corporate matters, including international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, and corporate tax issues.
2. Assist senior corporate lawyers on high-profile and challenging deals, gaining valuable experience in both corporate law and tax matters.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing strategic advice on corporate transactions and tax planning.
4. Support the growth of the practice by contributing to business development efforts alongside senior team members.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Newly qualified solicitor with a strong background in corporate law and an interest in corporate tax work.
2. A keen interest in M&A, corporate governance, and tax matters, with an excellent academic record.
